You’re probably asking how I’m going to do a detox challenge. What I’m going to eat? Am I going to be on the toilet for a week? How about my morning coffee?
All these are great questions. Don’t worry I've got you covered!

Once you join the 7-Days Detox Challenge you’ll receive a Welcome email so you know you’re in and you’re not alone. After that you have 3 days to prep your mind, body and kitchen for a successful detox experience. Yes you’ll get a daily email support for 10 not 7 days.
From day 1 of 10 you’ll have access to all the detox materials (shopping list, recipes, etc) so you can start preparing your mind, body and kitchen for the best detox you've ever done.

Let’s face it it’s a challenge, and it’s detox. You can’t successfully clean your body if you continue to add food like substances not to call it JUNK food. 
I know I love coffee too, but when you want to detox you take a break from coffee, alcohol and some foods you may love, so your liver can process more of the toxins you’re releasing and less of those that are coming from your diet.
That’s why for 7 days you’re going to be on a clean fuel diet (we can call it elimination diet too). It’s totally doable I promise you.
What can you actually expect to happen? 

For the first 3 days you may feel off, a bit tired, gassy (a lot of fiber is gonna go into your gut). By day 5 you’ll bounce out of bad with energy, feel lighter, sharper and your pants will start to feel a bit loose.

Let me tell you a bit about myself, why I love the detox challenge and how this detox is different than most detox programs out there. 
The detox program you're about to take on is based on the principals of functional medicine and body enlightenment philosophy.  It's main focus is to restore your liver, digestive, metabolic and immune functions, provided that you'll follow closely all the steps outlined in the program.
